At SK Agricultural Technic, our leadership team is at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in mineral resources and agriculture. Under the visionary leadership of our esteemed Chairman, Soukkaseum Silimoungkhoun, our team is composed of seasoned professionals dedicated to advancing our mission of responsible development and enhancing community well-being. With nearly three decades of experience in potash production and operational management, Silimoungkhoun is widely recognized as a pioneer in the Laotian potash fertilizer industry. Known as the "Father of Laotian Potash," he has been instrumental in developing the Vientiane Basin’s potash resources and holds multiple patents for his groundbreaking work.

Ruiyuan Richfield
Ruiyuan Richfield Sylvine Co., Ltd. is at the heart of SK Agricultural Technic’s mineral development strategy. In October 2022, in collaboration with Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd., one of the world’s leading compound fertilizer enterprises, Ruiyuan Richfield launched the 500,000-tonnes-per-annum potash project at the Thongmang Mine Area in Vientiane, Laos. This project serves as a validation of cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices designed to harness the region’s potash reserves. Ruiyuan Richfield continues to play a key role in enhancing agricultural productivity and developing environmentally responsible mining operations in Laos.
Puyue Mining
Beijing Puyue Mining (Laos) Co., Ltd. holds exclusive potash mining rights in Vientiane, Laos, which meet the specific standards to utilize SK’s patented mining technology. The company aims to establish a large-scale potash base with a target annual capacity of 10 million tonnes. This ambitious goal is set to reshape the global potash market, positioning Laos as a key player in the industry. Puyue’s focus on responsible mining aligns with SK Agricultural Technic’s vision of sustainable resource development, working toward the world’s first underground potash mine with zero tailings pollution and no surface subsidence.
SK environmental
SK Environmental Sole Ltd. is dedicated to sustainable tailings utilization, focusing on maximizing resource recovery from mining by-products. The company specializes in processing tailings brine to produce high-value materials like bromine and various magnesium-based products. After valuable extraction, SK Environmental employs environmentally responsible practices by solidifying the remaining brine, along with generated calcium chloride, for backfilling operations into mined-out areas. This process not only stabilizes mining sites but also reduces environmental impact, embodying the company’s dedication to green, circular economy solutions.
