On March 1, 2023, SK Agricultural Technic Co., Ltd.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ruiyuan Richfield Sylvine Co., Ltd., signed a cooperation agreement for a bromine project in the Thongmang area of Vientiane, Laos, with Shandong Haiwang Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shengbao Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. The signing ceremony was attended by Liu Xingmei, Chairman of Ruiyuan Richfield Sylvine Co., Ltd.; Sun Tongjiang, General Manager of Haiwang Chemical; Liu Shanshu, Deputy General Manager of Haiwang Chemical; and Wang Fenghai, Chairman of Shengbao Composite Material Technology.
The three parties will adhere to the principles of “equality and mutual benefit, resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win development.” Through shared product resources and co-established sales channels, they aim to build a comprehensive, long-term, and stable strategic partnership.
